Welding technologies for robotized welding
Butek, Petr ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
The bachelor´s project explains a choice of welding technologies for robotized welding. There are clarified two main automatic machines (welding robot and welding automat), which are supported by economical aspects. The main part of project describes general welding technologies useful for manual, semiautomatic and automatic welding including their benefits, disadvantages and possibilites of application in industry. The project is based on bibliographic search and author´s experiences.
Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method
Dušek, Vojtěch ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
DUŠEK VOJTĚCH: Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method This bachelor thesis presents a comparison of manual and orbital TIG welding. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of manual and orbital TIG welding. Mechanical properties, surface structure and heat input on the weld samples were experimentally compared. Thesis also includes technical-economic comparison of these two methods of welding.
Filler materials for the fusion welding
Durajová, Věra ; Kovář, Petr (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis elaborated in frame of bachelors studies branch B2341 deals the problematic filler material for fusion welding. On the basis belles - lettres problems technology welding and their filler material was shown it several kinds filler material for individual welding technology (MIG/MAG, hand arc welding, TIG, submerged-melt welding). First is mentioned problems rise fusing watering - place and on what principle individual technology work. After it are mentioned filler material (producer ESAB Vamberk) electrode, tubule, soft - centred tubule.
Pipe welding of stainless steel and titanium
Dušek, Vojtěch ; Sigmund, Marian (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the selection and evaluation of the appropriate welding technology for stainless steel and titanium alloys. Describes advantages and disadvantages of selected technologies. The experiment compares the mechanical properties, the heat input and the resulting surface structure of the welded samples. In conclusion, the thesis deals with the technical - economic evaluation of selected welding technologies.
Analysis of current possibilities for robotic welding
Petlach, Tomáš ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with industrial welding robots. It describes the different welding technologies (arc, laser, resistance). It also deals with six-axis welding robots, welding departments, and ways of more precise welding robot guidance. In conclusion, the total balance of robotic welding.
